Credits, trial runs and payments explained.
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and provide a monthly credit allowance. A credit pack is a one-time purchase with no renewal and no expiry. Plans use the same removal tools and per-second credit rules as packs.
You pay the displayed annual total upfront, at 50% less than 12 payments for the matching monthly plan. Annual plans also include a larger monthly credit allowance, shown on each card. Credits are released in 12 installments, starting with the first payment; each is valid for 30 days, capped by the paid annual term end. The entire annual allowance is not granted at once.
Cancel renewal in Account Settings → Billing. Your paid term remains available until it ends. Mid-term plan switching is not supported; cancel renewal and choose another plan after the current term ends. Failed runs return credits, while payment-refund requests follow the Terms of Service.
Open the video text remover, choose a clip and mark the words. Sign in to check your trial uses or credit cost, then submit. You can check the task status and download the result in the tool.
Text, subtitle, caption, watermark, logo and object removal use 1 credit per second of video; background removal uses 1 credit per 2 seconds. Each run bills at least 3 seconds. The editor shows the cost before you submit, and failed runs return their credits.
Choosing, playing and marking a clip is always free. Each account can use two trial runs for clips of up to 15 seconds, shared across the video removal tools and subject to human verification and device, network and site limits. Audio removal is free.
One-time credit-pack credits never expire. Monthly subscription credits expire at the end of the paid billing period. Annual credit installments are valid for 30 days from each release, capped by the paid annual term end. Exact expiry dates appear in your credit records. Cancelling renewal does not remove your one-time pack credits.
