Support tickets
If you have an account, you can open a support ticket. Tickets keep your messages and our replies together, and you can attach images that show the problem.
What to include
A short message with the details below lets us find your case quickly.
- The order number, for a payment or refund question. You can find it in your payment history.
- The task ID, for a question about a result. Saved tasks are listed under My tasks.
- The email address you signed up with, and a short description of what you expected and what happened.
Common requests
- Refunds and cancellations. Email with the subject "Refund request" or "Cancel subscription". We reply to cancellation emails within 2 business days. The rules are in the Terms of Service.
- Content reports. To report suspected abuse, impersonation, copyright infringement or a child-safety concern, email with the subject "Content safety report" and include the link or task ID. We confirm receipt within 2 business days. Please do not attach or forward suspected child sexual abuse material.
- Privacy requests. For questions about the data we hold, see the Privacy Policy and write to the same address.
